From his early days as a marine wholesale salesperson to joining Johnson & Johnson and leading Key Account teams across Europe and Africa followed by a promotion to leader of the Sub Sahara Africa for Johnson & Johnson Vision Care, John became the Director of Sales Excellence for Bausch & Lomb (EMEA) where he led the training development and go to market strategy for 236 sales people. Since then he has set up and led an EU telesales + reseller team for Thermo Fisher Scientific. The most recent project was Chief Commercial Officer for the BBI Group selling I.V.D raw materials through his global sales and marketing teams
In 2003 John was named as one of the top sales people in the UK by the National Sales Awards and the Independent newspaper. This award was nominated by his Key Accounts that recognised the double digit growth in sales and profit was due to the campaigns he created while a key account manager for national grocery chains and optical stores.
His experience of sales and general management in multiple countries helps him understand the needs of his clients and their customers.
